PRESIDENT & CEO

Spencer is an experienced Property Manager with knowledge of the Real Estate and Rental Markets, Mortgage Lending, Sales, and Commercial Sales. Prior to his career in Property Management, Spencer worked in Commercial Sales at The Brick where he was recognized for his strong work ethic, commitment, ability to produce results and was consistently a top performer. From there, he decided to follow his passion for real estate and work at BMO Bank of Montreal as a Mortgage Specialist where he expanded his knowledge in the financial lending sector. Most recently, he was an integral team member as a Senior Property Manager for a large local Real Estate Company specializing in owning and managing properties. In this position, Spencer successfully managed a Property Portfolio of over 230 units.

Spencer began owning and managing his own properties in 2018 and always had a vision of establishing his own property management business. As President & CEO, he hopes to use the valuable knowledge and expertise he has gained to provide quality and reliable management services to other property owners. He takes pride in his work and strives to manage others’ properties as if they were his own while always ensuring that his tenants have a positive living experience and a place that they can call home.

Spencer was born and raised in Halifax, Nova Scotia. In his spare time, he coaches competitive hockey, enjoys golfing, and spending time with friends and family at his cottage by the lake.

VICE PRESIDENT

Josée’s educational background includes a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Dalhousie University and a Bachelor of Science from Mount Saint Vincent University. While pursuing her degrees, Josée demonstrated versatility and was able to effectively balance taking on both administrative and hands-on tasks when it came to managing her own properties and establishing Titanium Property Management Ltd. Josée is a jack-of-all-trades within the company and has filled various roles from financial operations/accounting and marketing to communications, office management and repairs & maintenance.

Although Healthcare and Property Management are very different fields of work, Josée has been able to develop and utilize the skills that are required to excel in both. She takes pride in her ability to effectively pursue and balance her roles as an Occupational Therapist working in Acquired Brain Injury Rehabilitation and as Vice President of Titanium Property Management Ltd. Josée hopes to continue using the knowledge she has gained and continues to expand upon to grow and maintain Titanium Property Management Ltd. as a reputable and high-quality company.

Josée was born and raised in Halifax, Nova Scotia with Acadian French heritage. In her spare time, she enjoys photography, playing and watching sports, going to Point Pleasant Park with Spencer & Geo, and having campfires at the cottage.

PROPERTY MANAGER

David brings over 30 years of diverse managerial experience and a proven track record of building strong relationships across various industries. With a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Concordia University, David’s journey began as a Senior Marketing Officer with the Thai Consulate, where he played a pivotal role in promoting trade between Canada and Thailand for 15 years. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to own and successfully operate a restaurant in Stratford, Ontario, for a decade. David then transitioned into the real estate sector as a Sales Representative with Remax gaining valuable insights into property management and sales dynamics. David has also worked as a Senior Sales Associate at The Brick where his dedication and work ethic earned him recognition as a top performer within the organization.

David’s blend of managerial skills, coupled with his innate ability to understand and exceed the needs of both businesses and individuals, positions him as an invaluable asset to the Titanium Property Management Ltd team. He thrives in environments where hard work, dedication, and energy are not only valued but essential for success. As he embarks on this new chapter as a Property Manager, David remains committed to delivering unparalleled service and building lasting connections within the community.

David was born and raised in Pointe Claire, Quebec and made his way to the East Coast in 2015. In his spare time, David enjoys spending time with his family, attending his kids’ sporting events and walking his dogs Wilson and Ollie. He also takes pride in meticulously maintaining his garden and yard at home.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Kaleb is a recent graduate of Saint Mary’s University where he earned a Bachelor of Commerce as well as an advanced certification from the Canadian Securities Institute. Initially focused on wealth management, he discovered his passion for real estate and has since excelled as an Acquisition Analyst for a local real estate corporation. In this position, he gained invaluable experience relevant to our sector while simultaneously pursuing his education.

Kaleb is a dedicated and reliable professional with a keen ability to assess situations, navigate complex environments and manage time and tasks effectively. As a former varsity athlete, Kaleb understands the importance of teamwork, goal-setting, and performing under pressure. His leadership skills were particularly evident during his season with an American Football Team in Hungary, where he successfully guided a diverse group of teammates, often with limited English-speaking members. Kaleb believes that true leadership is demonstrated through attitude and actions rather than mere words. Kaleb's combination of finance expertise, real estate experience, and leadership qualities make him a valuable asset to Titanium Property Management Ltd.

Born in Richmond, British Columbia, and raised in Halifax, Nova Scotia, from the age of 4, Kaleb is deeply rooted in his community. In his spare time, he actively participates in his church, enjoys spearfishing and freediving, maintains a regimented fitness routine, and cherishes time spent with family and friends.

OFFICE DOG

Geo joined the family in 2022 and has been an integral part of making sure Spencer & Josée remember to enjoy the little things in life despite their busy schedules. He ensures that they receive the proper amount of exercise and sunlight by demanding trips to the park several times per day. He makes sure that they also take time to relax by snuggling with them on the couch after long days. Finally, he guarantees that they laugh every day with his goofy personality. Geo has welcomed new members of the Titanium Property Management Ltd team with plenty of tail wags and keeps company morale high.

Geo enjoys leash-free walks at Point Pleasant Park, chasing tennis balls, taking naps, and playing with his cousin Olive.
