Our journey in real estate began in 2018 when we purchased our first home on Titanium Crescent. From there, our interest in real estate grew and we decided to set out to create our own path in real estate investment which led us to purchasing our first rental property in 2019. Since then, we have successfully grown our portfolio to include multi-units, condos, and even a cottage. We’ve successfully managed these on our own as both long-term rentals and some as short-term rentals which have each come with their unique management responsibilities. We also successfully completed several major renovations. We each took on many different roles and from there have taken on a continuous learning mindset to ensure that we are always developing our knowledge and expertise in the field. We quickly recognized that managing rental properties was a lot of work, but work that came with immense potential for growth.

We realized that through our journey, we had the potential to use our experience and expertise to turn it into a company to help others in similar situations. When we first envisioned what this company would become, one thing we knew is that we wanted it to represent our own journey and values and to truly become something that we could be proud of. Building our company through hard work and commitment was a journey that required dedication, sacrifice, perseverance, and a strong belief in our vision. So, although it hasn’t been easy, we never lost sight of our goals while always maintaining our values. In 2023, we officially incorporated Titanium Property Management Ltd. which was named after where it all began for us.
